The Unit operates under the leadership of the Deputy Chief Secretary (Training) and provides its services under the guidance of staff officers, including the Assistant Chief Secretary (Training) and the Administrative Officer, along with dedicated supporting staff.
Approximately 90% of our training programs are conducted at the Wariyapola Training Institute, which functions as an affiliated branch of the MDTU.
